All Globe schools and students are safe. Schools have operated as normal today with no known threats despite the rumors that have been circulating.
On a related note, we use an automatic messaging system to keep parents informed. Emails, texts and social media accounts are updated simultaneously through the messaging service. Phone calls are sent through an automated system as well. Please update your contact information with the schools if you are not receiving messages via email, phone and/or text as we use all methods as a form of communication.

Due to inclement weather and potential freezing bridges/roadways, All schools will be on a two hour delay for start times tomorrow, January 8, 2024.
Copper Rim will start at 9:45 a.m.
High Desert Middle School will start at 11:00 a.m.
Globe High School will start at 10:35 a.m.
AM preschool classes are cancelled. PM classes will be at regular time.
Bus routes will run a 2-hour delay from the normally scheduled time. Calls have went out/are going out via robocall to all parents/guardians.

The annual Globe-Miami Rivalry for the Copper Kettle is scheduled for tomorrow, Friday, September 14, 2023, at Ragus Stadium in Miami.
Tickets can be purchased until 4:00 PM today at the Miami School District - District Office will be open until 4:00PM today. We recommend buying tickets in advance to avoid long lines. Ticket prices are as follows: $5 for general admission, $3 for students, and children aged 0-3 years can attend for free. Please note that only cash will be accepted.

Join La Frontera EMPACT, a behavioral health agency for a zoom presentation that will teach you how to support your child’s mental health this year and how to talk to them about being drug-free. Parenting, mental health, and drug prevention resources will be provided.
