Welcome to the Globe USD Technology Ticket submission page. We've introduced a new system to streamline ticket processing between K12itc and our local IT Department. Now, you can easily submit tickets for local technical issues versus those handled by K12itc. To better understand which department will manage your request, refer to the list below and select the ticket option that best fits your technical need.

Remember

  • All technical request need a ticket. Also, please do not use SchoolDude for technical ticket.

  • All submitted suport tickets must use your school email address.
