Steps for the Host (Person Giving Access)

1. Open Chrome Remote Desktop

   • Go to: https://remotedesktop.google.com
   • Sign in with their Google account.

2. Click “Remote Access” or “Share this screen”

   • Select “Share this screen” (sometimes labeled “Remote Support”).

3. Click “Share this screen” / “Generate Code”

   • Chrome will generate a one-time 6‑digit or 12‑digit access code.
   • The code is valid for 5 minutes.

4. Provide the access code

   • The host verbally tells, messages, or emails the code to the other person.

5. Approve the connection

   • Once the other person enters the code, the host must confirm the session before access is granted.
